This paper is an analysis of the forensic medicine textbooks carried out by CEHAT, what they say about Sexual Assault. This gives a glimpse of how the doctors and other medical professionals react to such incidence, should they look at the survivor with suspicion or with sympathy? This report consolidates the various aspects of sexual assault given in four different books written by C.K Parikh, J.P Modi, A Nandy, K.S Narayan Reddy & O.P Murty.
